HOW IT WORKS

OWNERSHIP
With the Co-ownership method your purchase is on a freehold basis and completely secured by Title Deeds registered at the Spanish Land Registry.

OCCUPANCY
You have exclusive use of the property for your pattern each year; but you won't be limited to fixed weeks every year forever. The scheme has been designed on a year by year rotating basis so that each owner can enjoy the advantages of every season as shown on the back cover. Also when you purchase your share, you will know exactly which occupancy periods are yours on a year-by-year rolling basis. Exchange of weeks between co-owners by mutual agreement is easy giving co-owners total flexibility and ensuring that you never miss out on the holiday you want.

LETTING
If you want to rent or part of your allocated period that’s no problem - in fact we can help you organise it too.

MANAGEMENT
We recommend that you appoint local managers who can arrange cleaning, maintenance and to ‘meet and greet’ your guests and tenants. We can organise this for you.

IF YOU WANT TO SELL
You can sell your investment at anytime. For many people this scheme will be a useful stepping stone towards moving on to whole ownership. Resales will be in accordance with the stipulations set out in the internal rules.
